At Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure every brew is perfect; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only offer returns or replacements on equipment and faulty goods within 30 days of purchase.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened bags of roasted coffee cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.

Contact Support

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. For damaged equipment, please attach a photo to help us expedite your claim.

Pack and Ship

Once authorized, securely package your items and send them back to our roastery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

After we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
