We roast our beans daily in small batches. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive it at peak flavor and freshness.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the country, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend, select your preferred grind, and set a delivery frequency. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both. You can select 'Whole Bean' or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Espresso, Filter, Stovetop, or French Press when adding items to your cart.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days for a resolution.
